An Introduction

Please allow me a moment to introduce myself to you. My name is Bill Riddle and I have been in the real estate business since 1979. For many years, I relied on the recommendations of my satisfied clients to bring new business to me. Because my brokerage business is growing, I now publish three websites with links and resources designed to assist home buyers and sellers. You will find us at GreaterBostonRealty.com, GreatBostonHomes.com and afinehome.com. My company has been on the Internet since 1999. I hope our sites will be a source of information for you about what is happening locally with real estate, schools and community issues. I hope that you will also come to consider me a trusted resource whether buying, selling or just as an interested onlooker.

I have become increasingly aware of the difficulty in affording homes in Massachusetts. To help first-time home buyers, I have gathered information regarding government programs that make buying real estate more affordable. Much of this material is available on my web site and, of course, I will gladly provide more details directly.

Currently, our agents cover quite a bit of territory assisting both buyers and sellers in the metropolitan Boston area. Through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), we have access to 85% of the properties for sale in Massachusetts as well as homes in Connecticut and Rhode Island. Please feel free to get to know them better by visiting our websites.

My real estate experience ranges from traditional brokerage of single family homes to selling and managing a $20 million national residential and commercial portfolio. While working for Berkeley Federal Bank & Trust, I was recognized as the top real estate sales manager in the company, meeting or exceeding performance goals in every quarter. I have developed and managed residential and commercial property throughout New England. My company, One-Two-Three Properties, lead the way in the revitalization of a large part of Brockton, Massachusetts through the acquisition, rehabilitation and sale of multifamily properties.

I am a 24-year resident of Massachusetts and have been a licensed broker since 1982. I am also a licensed broker in Florida. I specialize in the sales of residential, multifamily and commercial properties. Besides access to the MLS, my brokerage business offers streamlined mortgage approvals and I subscribe to the code of ethics required to be designated a REALTORŪ. After graduating from Boston University, I earned a M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. I have written Home Selling Secrets and Nantucket's Affordable Housing Problem. I have a wife, ten-year-old daughter, yellow Labrador Retriever and two cats. I enjoy cycling and ride annually in various charity rides, including the Pan-Mass Challenge and the MS 150.
