Faye is originally from Trinidad and moved to Boston several years ago to attend college. She received a dual bachelor's degree in Business Marketing & Management from Northeastern University and has since worked for the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and has traveled with Boston's Mayor Menino as Business Development Manager. Along with her real estate career she is pursuing her MBA at Bentley College. As a homeowner and landlord, Faye understands the experience of buying and selling properties intimately and would be honored to help you whether buying or selling. Her dedicated and organized personality will ensure your success in making your move. Faye now lives in Roxbury with her husband Matt and cat Logan. In her spare time, she enjoys water sports, horseback riding, reading and traveling.
Ann is a registered architect and has lived and worked in the Boston area for over twenty years. She brings a thorough knowledge of home design and construction to her work as a real estate agent. Her experience as an architect gives her a unique ability to help prospective homebuyers realize the possibilities and potentialities of the properties they visit with her. As an architect, mother, homeowner, and professional woman, Ann has an invaluable combination of knowledge, insight, and talents that will greatly benefit her clients as they embark on their home buying or home selling effort. She has worked as an architect for over 20 years. Her most recent experience involved working as a project manager on $12-60 million academic facilities. She is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Architecture. Ann lives in Brookline where she is an active member of the school's building committee and is also deeply involved in town arts and neighborhood planning committees. On top of all this, she also coached her son Cody's Little League team this past season! Sharisse Cail-Perry is originally from Boston but grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. She returned to Boston in 1990 to attend Brandeis University where she majored in Spanish and Latin American studies. As she was rediscovering the city, she met her husband and decided to settle in the area. Although she is a relative newcomer to the world of real estate, Sharisse has had a career in the Legal Recruiting field for several years and understands and appreciates each step necessary in the process of assisting someone in their search for the perfect professional situation. Just as finding the right candidate for a job requires the ability to solve problems, use tact and finesse, so does finding her clients the right home. She has an exceptional ability to listen and is well acquainted with identifying the needs of her clients. In addition to her uncanny ability to visualize a space in many different ways, her warm and cheerful manner will make your home-buying or home-selling experience a pleasure. She has assisted buyers as they undertake the difficult task of finding a home in today's market. Sharisse will be working closely with Bill Riddle, principal of Greater Boston Realty, giving her clients the benefit of his many years of experience. When she has time to indulge, Sharisse thoroughly enjoys reading, traveling and decorating. She lives in the Lower Mills area of Dorchester with her husband Steven, their two year old daughter Sophia and their cat Simpson. Corey is originally from Maine but moved to Boston in 1988. He received two degrees from Berklee College of Music, one in jazz composition and the other in performance. His real estate background dates to 1996 when he purchased a two-family home in Jamaica Plain. He sold that in 1999 and subsequently purchased a condominium in Salem with his wife Jennifer. Although he is a relative newcomer to the world of real estate sales, Corey's experiences as a buyer and seller of real estate have given him a first-hand understanding of what clients are looking for in this area. His experience as a musician, most recently for the show Blue Man Group, have required a creative and disciplined mindset that relates directly to real estate. His work as a composer of music has involved an organized and motivated nature that will ensure his clients receive the best service. He has direct experience with home renovations and improvements. Corey enjoys working with people and has a unique ability to solve problems using tact and finesse. He has an exceptional ability to listen, is known for his patience and is well acquainted with identifying the needs of his clients. He lives in Salem with his wife Jennifer, their year old dog Cello. He
and Jennifer are celebrating the birth of their first child, Avery. Carol comes to Greater Boston Realty from a career in high tech. Her experience as CIO for a 1300-person consulting firm enables her to manage a variety of client's needs simultaneously and effectively. Her orientation toward the Internet and her strong research capabilities help her to take advantage of technology to locate and preview properties for her clients, thereby maximizing the return on their time investment. Over the years, Carol has held many challenging positions in technology, banking and finance. She is no stranger to real estate as she has bought and sold numerous properties over the years. Because of this experience, she is aware of the needs and concerns of both buyers and sellers. A graduate of Bard College, she currently lives in Salem with her husband, Girard. Carol spends her free time plying the waters of New England in her 40' Bristol sailboat.
Carolyn comes to Greater Boston Realty from the world of accounting. Her work as a property accountant for several years has given her a unique perspective on real estate. While working for a major owner of shopping malls, Simon & Co., she gained insights and exposure to the world of commercial real estate. Having grown up in Hingham, she has considerable knowledge and experience about the south shore and its real estate. She graduated from Curry College with a BA in Business Management. She lives in Weymouth and likes to fly down to Nantucket in her spare time.
