Dear Bill: Again. Thank you so much for your help selling my father's place in Dorchester. As you are aware, dealing with the death of a parent or relative can be heart wrenching, and very trying to say the least. Due to your professionalism and, in my opinion, your very sensitive people skills, you made what could have been a very emotional and difficult process almost seamless. Now that the sale of my late father's house is behind me, I can move on to other things. Still, I know that if you had not been there to help with Greater Boston Realty, I might still be working on these same housing issues at the Suffolk County Probate Court. Your constant attention to detail enabled the entire process, from listing to the final sale, to be equitable, fair, and very profitable for all of the parties involved.
